A 400 Amp digital clamp meter with a 1.9% accuracy is the Sanwa DCM400.
The DCM400 is a digital AC clamp meter that can measure low-voltage circuits and is intended for the IEC measurement category CAT. III 300V. The DCM400 can measure AC and DC power up to 600 Volts in addition to AC currents. With a buzzer alert, it can also gauge resistance, frequency, and continuity.
The device has a 4000 count / 42 segment analog bar graph display. It features a hold option to pause a measurement on the display. The device also has an auto-power off feature that turns it off after 30 minutes of no operation.
Meter includes one set of test leads, carrying case and instruction manual.
